Mit der Unterstützung von savontage konnte 5 Kindern das monatliche Schulgeld für die Vor- und Grundschule bezahlt werden. Zusammen mit EFYE versuchen wir benachteiligten Kindern und Jugendlichen Perspektiven aufzubauen und somit Chancenungleichheiten aufzulösen.
Über die Organisation:
EFYE (Eagle’s Fountain Youth Empowerment) ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation für Bildungsarbeit in Kenia. Mit einem Education Center versuchen sie aktuell über 100 benachteiligten Kindern aus dem Slum Mathare den Zugang zu Bildung und damit die Chance auf Selbstbestimmtheit und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe zu ermöglichen.
