● Within 7 days: Money back to the value of the returned goods.
● If you paid using Twint, Maestro or a credit card,
a refund will be triggered automatically.
● Shipping costs are not refundable.
All items to be returned must be sent in mint condition and in the original packaging, including order confirmation or receipt, to the following address (postage prepaid):
